Leo Turentine did a really good job he was here on time did all the work did pay attention to using booties and keeping the house clean and after replacing a toilet the bathroom was spotless. Greatly appreciated.

They worked quickly and got everything done in less than a day--the only delay was waiting for the inspection. You absolutely need to use Benjamin Franklin plumbing. A.J. (Andrew) with Benjamin Franklin conducted a thorough, professional inspection of the plumbing for a home we are buying in Siloam Springs. He provided a comprehensive, understandable explanation of the entire plumbing system from faucets to sewage and gave us a clear analysis of items needing immediate attention, those that can wait, and those that were functioning well. He followed up with a thorough cost analysis and timeline for repairs. A.J. was extremely courteous, trustworthy, and respectful throughout the entire time. He was very patient in answering all of our questions. We did not hesitate to contract with Benjamin Franklin to make the repairs as suggested. Definitely call them!

I was very pleased with the service that Nick Gaines and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did for me. I had block pipe that was poorly positioned to work well. Their attention to detail was superior to what have experienced before. I will use their service again without question.

Never a convenient time when water pipe breakages happen! Monday evening on a holiday. I called Benjamin Franklin at 9:20 pm with an emergency call. Tom K. was the service tech assigned. He contacted me within 30 minutes of my call to let me know he was enroute. He showed up well presented, clean cut and in uniform. Very well mannered, professional, and knowledgeable. After I explained what happened and the action I had taken, he explained my options. He was thorough and made sure I understood everything. We decided on the least costly option knowing that after he opened a small hole in the drywall would determine whether I would have a larger problem or not. Fortunately for me it was not the worse case scenario and it was something Tom could fix. He was finished within a couple hours and I had water again. I cannot express enough, my gratitude for Tom K. and Benjamin Franklin. I will not hesitate to contact them for any future plumbing repairs and/or new installations.

Called for an estimate and they had a tech out to my house within 20 minutes on a Friday afternoon. Michael looked at the hot water heater (why I called) and did a free home inspection while he was there. He was quick and explained everything and answered my questions. They scheduled me for Monday, and Michael came back out to replace my hot water heater and fix my bathtub handles and faucets that were leaking. Whoever had done my repairs before hadn’t used the correct parts, making the work a little more difficult than expected, but Michael got the correct parts needed and got the job done! The pricing was reasonable, much less than other places I had gotten quotes from (one wanted $1000 more!), and the estimate was free which is harder to find nowadays! Several other places wanted to charge $50-$75 just to come look at it. I’m glad I found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I will definitely use them again should I need anything else and I recommend you use them as well! Michael was phenomenal and took the time to answer my questions and explain everything in a way that made sense!

Nick was fantastic!!!! My water filtration system blew. He diagnosed it and installed a brand new system cleanly and efficiently. Explained the whole process!!!! Really happy with the service.
