Ben Franklin (Shabaaz) is the go to for me in Plumbing! They/He knows the business/codes well and is able to rectify problems (drains, setup, etc) quickly as well as keep the pricing fair. I have used twice in the last few months (drain branch into master stack & laundry drain/vent) and I was extremely pleased with both! Highly recommend!
My Experience with this job is beyond grateful; very happy with the professionalism of the technician. He was informative, patient, clean and knew what he was doing. Guaranteed any future jobs; we're calling Benjamin Franklin
I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Teaneck several times now, and I'm in the process of scheduling them again because they are just that good. Every time, they go above and beyond the initial service call. I've had the pleasure of working with both Shahbazz, the owner, and Nick for plumbing and heating work, and they are skilled tradesmen knowledgeable about their profession, who are willing to put the time and effort into getting the job done right. They're also more than willing to tolerate my questions, hovering, and inane banter. The work they perform is neat, professional, and they leave the site clean. Even better, I find their prices reasonable. I've worked with several plumbing contractors over the years, as my house is 100+ years old and needs constant maintenance, but I won't use or recommend anyone other than Benjamin Franklin from now on.
Excellent service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The team did a fantastic job fixing my bathroom. They were professional, punctual, and very respectful of my home. Everything was explained clearly and the work was completed quickly and with great quality. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing service. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
