I wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent service Brandon and his team provided. Brandon arrived on time, responded quickly, and handled the work with professionalism, friendliness, and care. What stood out most was the speed and convenience of the service. Brandon assessed the leakage damage, cleaned the spout, scraped away the old caulk, reinstalled the area, and sealed it properly for waterproofing. Please extend my thanks to Brandon and his team for their reliable work and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend their service and will call again for future needs.

I randomly found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing via a general Google search. I needed to have some work done on a shower in my home and I don't have a go to for plumbing. When I called I was met by the kind and helpful voice of Renee who put me on their schedule, and then followed up when an earlier opening presented itself, she ACTUALLY called me on the phone to try and update me. This was cool. Eric, their service technician came by my home and quickly assessed that Id actually need a contractor. He took video and found a contractor and SENT ME THE CONTRACTORS INFO. I told Renee afterwards that I hope I never need a plumber but if I do they will be my first call from here on out.

Growing family and we needed a plumber we could actually trust. Friends recommended Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta and wow, so glad they did. They inspected our whole plumbing system (never even thought of it as a “system” before) and gave us multiple options with zero pressure. We’re having them back when we return from vacation to get some work done. Trustworthy, patient and easy to deal with. Thankful we found these guys!!

Keith came promptly, worked quickly but we paid $709 for a water shutoff, and a small piece of PVC pipe under our sink that took 40 minutes to do. $210 of that was because it was an emergency visit.

Chase was exceptional!! Jared was so helpful as well!! This company came out to check our heating and cooling systems, clean our hot water heater, and patiently answered a bunch of our plumbing and duct-cleaning questions. As owners of an aging home, we truly trust them and deeply value their expert opinions on what updates we need. The level of professionalism cannot be surpassed! From wearing booties so they don’t drag dirt into the house to sending texts with pictures of the technicians before they arrive, every detail made us feel safe and cared for. We trust them completely with our home, will definitely continue doing business with them, and are already recommending them to all our friends. They are simply the best in the area!

The service was timely and professional. I really appreciate that Chuck treated my home with respect. He not only wiped his feet, but he put on booties to protect my floors. He did a thorough inspection before he gave me the estimate for the service needed. Because of his courteous explanation of what was needed to get the job done correctly, I would highly recommend him.

Needed emergency drain unclog- they were so professional when I called! Got someone here in less than an hour! And no crazy “emergency” charge! The plumber was a great guy! Again, professional and courteous! Brynt was very knowledgeable and efficient- fixed us right up! Company vehicle nice and clean, uniforms nice- hope we never need again- who wants plumbing issues?-but if we do, you can bet we will call them again for sure!!!
