We had Benjamin Franklin out to repair our toilets. We bought a water filter system and they put it in within a couple hours. The technicians Sawyer and Aidan was very professional and polite. They also had a fast response time. We was turning in a claim to the water company because of the toilets and they helped us out so much on the computer to fill out the forms. we recommend them very highly!!

I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing of Northwest Arkansas. Ethan was our technician and was so pleasant and professional to work with. We had a gas leak and BF sent Ethan promptly to our house. He was extremely thorough in finding any and all problems. He showed me everything he was doing and explained it in detail. He was nice enough to give us a phone number if we had any further problems. In addition, he gave us advice about how to stay safe in the future. He relieved a lot of stress for our family. This is the third time we have used Benjamin Franklin plumbing. While they are not the least expensive on the block we have always been happy with the end result. This job was for installation of a water supply system for a new fridge in the garage area. The work performed by Peter was great not only for his attention to detail but the appearance of the end result. It looked great. It is obvious that Peter takes great pride in his work.

Earlier today I called Ben Franklin asking for my septic tank to be cleaned out. This company assigned a truck to arrive on the day I called. Sam, the guy doing the work, was very conscientious. Thorough. Fast. He emptied my tank significantly better than any other septic service I have ever used. I will gladly talk with anyone who wants details. Without doubt, this company does a superlative job at a reasonable cost.
