I couldn’t be happier with their service, had a new gas line for a stove put in, they came out and quoted me honestly. They didn’t try to upsell me a bunch of extra nonsense or some gimmick subscription service like all of the other guys. Got the work done quickly exactly how I wanted at a very fair price. David went above and beyond genuinely. They will be my go to in the future.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with Charles for over 30 years. He is one of the most dedicated hardworking businessmen I know. Most importantly he listens, goes out of his way to help, is dependable and committed to customer satisfaction!

Dave was awesome!!! They were very timely and very professional. Walked me through every step of the way. Would give more stars but can only give 5!

Mike provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain the issue and the repair process clearly. His work was completed efficiently, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He also cleaned up the work area, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that Mike takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality plumbing service.

Mike was awesome. He explained everything in a clear and concise manner. He was on time, very courteous and professional. Communication with everyone involved was perfect. If needed, I will use them again. Highly recommended. Thank you
