Chris answered all my questions. He installed the tankless water heater on Tuesday. Hot water is flowing again. It is all good. Great customer service! Chris & Elijah finished up the install on Wednesday with the overflow piping to outside. The roofers came today also and made the roofing repairs. Thanks!

Chris came out today to help us with a blockage. He was the most knowledgeable plumber I’ve ever met in my entire life and his apprentice Elijah was just as knowledgeable and he fixed our issue quick fast and in a hurry. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs

After waiting over a week for a return call from our usual plumber, I decided to give Benjamin Franklin a try. Matthew and Tristan were pleasant and knowledgeable and did an excellent job replacing our hot water heater and bringing it up to code. We were offered a warranty program but never felt pressured to accept it. Very pleased with the whole experience!

Chance and Matthew did an outstanding job. Chance Roberson clearly has lots of experience and knowledge. And he does extremely high quality work. They fixed a leak and they pointed me in the right direction for another. Both bathroom leaks. Excellent! Update: Chance Roberson and his crew went ahead And installed the complete bathtub, tore out the old one and replace the valve. Wonderful job! Efficient, high quality work! They finished the job today. So beautiful!
