Today I needed a plumber. I live out of state, but am here updating an inherited property in Pottsboro. I don’t know anyone to ask who is a good plumber, or who to avoid. Through Yelp, I found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Sherman. Online via Yelp, I was able to set up my same day appointment. Brandon and Josh arrived 15 minutes early, identified the problem and fixed it! There was soldering involved, so it was more than I could have ever done myself. I am so pleased with their work, and more than comfortable with the cost. If only I had this great company where I live! Nate and Brandon were friendly and professional and recommended some things I should consider having done in the future…which I will do. I still don’t know anyone here in Texas, but I have a plumbing company I can count on.
