Homer came out and did a full house inspection on our plumbing system. He pointed out different things. He made suggestions. He gave a written estimate. He pointed out the important items we may want to address now. I was impressed with the process of the inspection . It was like a house inspection but with a company that is trained in plumbing. He was very professional. We will consider his recommendations.

I was in immediate need of restoring water to my home. The pipe connection from my house to the water meter has separated so I had to cut off the water. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, luckily. I spoke with Rich who was very professional and he immediately scheduled me for service with Homer. Homer came out and accessed the situation and he assured me that he could do the job within an hour. He completed it in under an hour. He was so experienced and skilled, 10 yrs., and professional. The entire experience was mor than pleasurable under the circumstances of not having any water. I’m so pleased with the service that I received that Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is now my go to and they do electrical work too! The price was so fair and justified! All this in just an afternoon on the same day! I give this company an A+ for everything, really!

Great work by the Ben Franklin Team! They found the most economical way to make repairs and give us peace of mind. And they did not jack up the price due to work where an insurance claim was involved. Even worked past 1700 to get job done and sent pictures of before and after work completion. Top Notch Work!

Eric was wonderful. He is professional and thorough with his work. He flushed two water heaters and noticed a leak in one water heater in a vulnerable area. He came back out the next morning and repaired it. He listens and asks questions to insure we were satisfied.
