Great customer service and workmanship. Our service provider "Joe" was fantastic. We were called quickly by the technician and from there we scheduled time for the work. The work was done professionally and IMHO a very fair price for the amount of work and time spent. I highly recommend this Benjamin Franklin group and again, Joe was awesome. These guys are the best! I have used them for several different projects and today was an emergency, and they actually had someone who had finished up a job and could come right over! Great service. Highly Recommend Benjamin Plumbing - Ask for Chris M to come out. He has a wealth of experience and did a great job fixing a couple of toilets for me. This is the third time I have used this company for various plumbing issues.
We had a leak into our basement and Joe easily found that the source was the tub in our main bathroom. We have a wet room where the tub is inside the shower area. Joe then removed the tub to see the contractor/flipper improperly installed the tub. (The pipe was loose in the opening; it was not adhered to a shower pan.) We were afraid we were going to have to remove the entire shower tile in our 2 year old flipped home. (Our home was actually built in the 1940/s.) Joe came up with an idea how to fix the issue without removing the tile. He found a compound to cement the pipe within the opening and even went so far as to contact the manufacturer of the compound to ensure it fit the bill. The tub is fixed and they saved us a ton of money! Benjamin Franklin is our plumber of choice from now on!
