Great customer service and workmanship. Our service provider "Joe" was fantastic. We were called quickly by the technician and from there we scheduled time for the work. We had an issue with a backyard faucet that broke and was gushing water. We looked up emergency plumbers and found Ben Franklin. The phone call was answered by a human and she helped guide us through turning off the water main to the house while we were waiting for the plumber to arrive. In about an hour to 90 minutes Joe arrived, identified the problem, gave us an estimate and commenced to fixing it. Joe was respectful of our home (taking off his sneakers, it was raining out), he explained what he was going to do and then did the work. We are very appreciative of Joe's expertise and great work! Also appreciative of him working efficiently and in a timely fashion. Thanks so much, Joe!
