Update: return visit with Aaron and Tom was terrific! Professional, courteous and efficient. Smooth and uneventful - great experience FAST, PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS gent arrived to save our home. Tom quickly assessed our situation then CLEARLY and CONCISELY explained the steps he needed to take to get to work. Tom kept us informed on his progress. Considering our plumbing emergency Tom helped to elevate the shock of all of it. He took the time to educate and make professional recommendations that we can take to help things. I feel very confident about recommending Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Prescott to others.

Absolutely loved our plumber that came out! He was really professional and very informative! He helped us and even with little stuff my special needs kiddos decided to do while he was here 😆 we signed up for their club that people like me and my house hold need. We didn't mind the price knowing that we had a certificate tech, a company that's been in business for years and a guarantee on the work NOT A PROBLEM!
