Professional, polite, informative. Aaron did great job my only issue is the coupon advertisement picture of toilet was not the toilet that was the sale item so I found out.

Aaron was exceptionally knowledgeable in every aspect and the fee was very reasonable compared to other companies. I would know because I had several here over the years that would BS how good they were but were just winging it. I'm on a well here and have hard water that has giving me grief, clogging up shower heads, faucets and toilets. I forgot to mention clogging up my washer hot water feed. Now, with a new water softener, life is more enjoyable and less stressful. I will only be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for all my future plumbing and heating/AC needs.Thank you Aaron and thank you Benjamin Franklin.

Joe took his time to make sure all was well. He understood my situation and was very understanding. If he’s up for a pay raise, he deserves it. The company as a whole was very professional and understanding. Great experience in a stressful situation. Highly recommended.
