I was VERY pleasantly surprised when my call was answered by a person rather than an answering system on a Sunday! Our tech was Logan Gates. I received a text message from Ben Franklin Plumbing along with Logan's photo when he was on his way after completing another job. Logan found the leak in our lower level ceiling, repaired it and did some additional minor upgrades we requested. Logan was very courteous and cleaned up the work area prior to leaving our home.

The service was fantastic but the warranty for Rheem is not available for emergency parts on weekends. We had no hot water for 5 days Friday to Tuesday waiting for parts. Word to the wise don't breakdown on a Friday eve. But Logan was great. Maybe Rheem will get them Emergency parts someday on hand.

Shawn was great. Polite, kind, and very good at keeping me updated. He did a great job and left the area nice clean.

Your service TECHNICIAN WAS FANTASTIC he listened very attentively and understood my situation financially. He diagnosed the problem and researched it throughly. He was able to clear a root problem from an outside clean out valve and even found another problem I have in the front bathroom with a leaking or broken pipe it the shower wall that I was unaware of. Through his continued effort after understanding my situation he continued to try and clear out the root problem. After realizing I would not have a working toilet to use and with additional determination he was able to remove more of the root ball in the master bathroom and make it so I at least have a working toilet and the shower and tub work and drain for now. He also prepared an estimate for replacing the piping from the front bathroom to the septic tank and we completed a financing application for that job too. Unfortunately, it said there was an issue with the application that we couldn't figure out at this time. But through his continued efforts and determination, I have a working toilet and tub/shower to use now. I couldn't be any HAPPIER WITH HIS EFFORTS AND CONTINUED DETERMINATION TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. HE IS A SHINING EXAMPLE OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE, FOREVER GREATFUL !!! WILL DEFINATELY REFER ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO HIM AND YOUR COMPANY !!!

Aaron Johnson did a fantastic job tonight. It was an urgent situation and he handled it perfectly. I’m very grateful that he was able to come so late in the evening. Thank you Aaron for your kindness.
