My technician Mamadou Berete did an outstanding job conducting the annual plumbing inspection and going over his final report and recommendations. He tested the water and clearly explained the results. Most importantly, Mamadou found a gas leak in the water heater pilot. He insisted I make arrangements to get it repaired and that the gas company deemed it safe before he left the premises. Very impressed!
