Mamadou was a pleasure to deal with. He explained everything that he was doing and it was very informative. He did a full inspection of my water system and also inspected gas lines. He let me know that there were a few issues that needed to be addressed. He even set up an appointment for me for someone to do a free estimate on addressing the issues. I would highly recommend using him as your service technician.
Mr. Joey Erickson came out to view the site where the work would be done. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He told me what needed to be done. Joey answered my questions at the time to my satisfaction. And was told I would receive an estimate soon. Joey is a young man that the company can be proud of and keep on board. I gave a rating only on Joey as a tech, that came out and did what he needed to gather info. I'm sure it would be a 5 star if I decide to except the estimate. Thank you
Mamadou did a thorough job inspecting the plumbing for my mom’s home. He took the time to explain what was good as well as point out things that need attention. I was impressed with the photos he took of items that required him to operate in a crawl space. He was courteous and professional. Great job!!!
