The team of Greg and Walter is wonderful! They are very knowledgeable and professional. I would give them 10 starts if there is the option. They cleaned up all the mess and took all the trash, and there is nothing left for me to do except enjoy my unlimited hot water supplies from tankless water heater. It is amazing!
Mamadou was very thorough and shared a detailed report on all our plumbing with pictures and descriptions of problematic areas. He was professional and very respectful of the house and dogs, who wanted to be in his way the entire time. All in all fantastic evaluation and recommend to any home owner
ALL the technicians who came out recently were wonderful! I can not thank them all enough. This has been enormously stressful and through it all every person I have worked with has been professional, knowledgeable, kind and reassuring! Emergency services was excellent and prompt. Communication is clear and informative, I know who is coming, when they are arriving. Customer Service was always very helpful. I couldn't be more happy with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and highly recommend!
Mama double Berrte made a home inspection of my home located at 1038Neumark Ave. P village. NJ. An inspection was conducted and an excellent job was done. Photos were taken of an assorted amount of issues that need attention. Photos of all of the concerts were addressed. Job well done. 5 stars rated.
Wow what a difference in service! DJ did a fantastic job and win me back as a customer. DJ was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He came in with a reasonable quote for plumbing work that will save me a lot of trouble down the road. He showed me everything in my utility closet that was an issue and also the plumbing under my sink that was handled wrong resulting in it disconnecting flooding my kitchen. I now can say I found a reliable plumber!
