Johnny Mendoza is a very good plumber, hard worker, willing to please and a great working personality. A great guy who looks to make the job perfect and making the customer aware of all that was done and most of all happy! His assistant was also excellent. Going to use them again tomorrow:-) Update: the toilet and faucet were not finished correctly!! I had an excellent experience with Jake. He installed my new toilet quickly and professionally, and the quality of his work was outstanding. He arrived on time, was very polite, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I really appreciated how clean and neat he was throughout the process—no mess left behind at all. Jake is reliable, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of a trustworthy plumber!

Not the first time I used Ben Franklin. This time I had them replace gas pipe and a trap under a bathroom sink. Noel was extremely professional, thorough and fast. He made sure I understood what was being done to fix my issues and that I had no questions. I would not hesitate to use them again.
