They came the same day I called even though it was nothing urgent. Just a consult on how to go about putting in a drain for my pool into the sewer line. After exchanging several ideas and given a couple quoted options, I decided on the best option and they were there a few days later. It took about 6 hours. Ethan and Sergio were very thorough and considerate of my opinion when slight adjustments had to be made. Extremely happy with the results and even happier that they will be following up with a custom removable drain pipe from the sand filter to the drain so I don’t have to use a rubber hose anymore and make winterizing easier. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing of Northwest Arkansas. Ethan was our technician and was so pleasant and professional to work with. We had a gas leak and BF sent Ethan promptly to our house. He was extremely thorough in finding any and all problems. He showed me everything he was doing and explained it in detail. He was nice enough to give us a phone number if we had any further problems. In addition, he gave us advice about how to stay safe in the future. He relieved a lot of stress for our family. I had a clogged pipe on a holiday(OF ALL DAYS) and Ethan was able to come in and identify the problem fairly quickly! He was very knowledgeable about what the problem was and how it could be rectified. He was very forthcoming with possible charges PRIOR to starting the task as well as possible increases if there were other issues. He was quick and efficient and left my bathroom in even better condition. I'm truly grateful and would highly recommend!
Ben Franklin responded quickly to my sewer line emergency. They were out same day; allowed me to sign up for a discount on the work through membership (even though I hadn’t done business with them before). They were very transparent with explaining the whole process. I ended up needing a patch repair for my sewer line; which they completely the next day. Super happy with Sergio and the team.
