Mike came out and was able to get me taken care of in about an hour and a half. Very punctual, professional and genuinely a nice guy. He replaced an outdoor faucet that another company refused to do without even looking at it and had to redo the plumbing in our kitchen sink.
Mike clearly communicated when he would be arriving, identified the issue and fixed it quickly (and at a lower cost than another plumbing company that quoted us). We are very happy with the experience.
Wesley did a great job clearing our drain pipe. I appreciate the option of using the high pressure hot water instead of the snake option.
