Brandon and Nate where punctual on-time thumbs up 👍. They where friendly and polite. We had an issue with installing a new toilet that was bigger and longer than the original area allowed so we had to modify the floor space near the toilet edge and move it back away from the area to allow for the toilet to fit properly in place. Thank you to the crew for a great job. We reside in a modular home with wood flooring.

Tom Louchren is a fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable plumber. If your pipes are clogged or you are in need of another plumbing service, he's your man. I cannot recommend his services enough! I can also give Tom props for being an incredible, helpful salesman. He hooked my wife and I up with an amazing financing setup to pay off a replacement pipe from our house to the septic tank. And unlike some service companies. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing uses an actual financing company you can trust, and not some dumb bank pushing a credit card.
