Austin walked us through step by step selecting the right on-demand tankless gas water heater for our home. His professionalism and knowledge was exceptional, as well as his concern that we understood everything. The best asset of Benjamin Franklin is Israel Rodriguez. Izzy’s attention to detail, his professionalism, and his friendliness makes a terrible plumbing issue easier to deal with. He is in one word, “Awesome”. On another note, Cathy, the nice young lady that answered my after-hours call, “thank you for your kindness, and your scheduling expertise”. Lastly, to the sarcastic young scheduling man who answered the phone at the branch when I had a question, you need to treat people with more respect and perhaps ask more questions about how you can represent your company better as your attitude was just sad at best.
Andrew was our technician today, as our toddler flushed something and clogged our pipes. He was very thorough and communicative throughout the process. 5 stars :)
I cannot express how grateful I am for Ben Franklin Plumbing. My dad’s water heaters pilot would not light and the tech came and told us the vent was condensing water and causing the firebox to be wet. He fixed it within an hour and the charge was extremely awesome considering the timeline they completed the job. From me calling to them closing the service ticket was same day. Hector DeJesus, repaired the water treatment system by installing a new electric panel on one of the filters and rechargeable the another. He (and his team) were very professional and spent time explaining the working of the entire water treatment system. Additionally, also informed us on the Laundry Pro system, which we are considering as a possible addition to the washing machine. Overall, very satisfied with Ben Franklin Plumbing and have use other associated companies (Sparky Electric) for our home generator system.
