Got my Brita Tankless RO filter installed by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing fellows today. It’s a great filter! It has dual outlets - one for RO and the other one for Brita Carbon. It’s not like a standard filter in the market, it requires more skills and patience to install. Huge thanks to Kyle and Carlos for handling every challenge that came up and getting it installed perfectly. Now I get to enjoy clean, delicious, and safe water right at home :)

Jordan and his co-worker, Oscar, did a fabulous job. They were careful bringing things in and out of our house and did a very thorough and neat installation. This is my fourth or fifth project with Ben Franklin Plumbing; they do consistently good work.

They are an awesome company, they ran into some issues and were more than accomodating to fix without additional charges and did a great job. I haven't had hot water in a month, not because of them either. I had other people out to check it for me and none were as thorough as Ben Franklin
I had an urgently plumbing situation. They were able to send a technician out right away. Keevon and Cameron were very professional, kind and a pleasure to deal with. The problem was fixed within 15 minutes. Pricing was fair and lower than other companies I called. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!
Matt was very professional, knowledgable, polite and helpful. We enjoyed having him install our water heater.
