We had an issue with a backyard faucet that broke and was gushing water. We looked up emergency plumbers and found Ben Franklin. The phone call was answered by a human and she helped guide us through turning off the water main to the house while we were waiting for the plumber to arrive. In about an hour to 90 minutes Joe arrived, identified the problem, gave us an estimate and commenced to fixing it. Joe was respectful of our home (taking off his sneakers, it was raining out), he explained what he was going to do and then did the work. We are very appreciative of Joe's expertise and great work! Michael England from Benjamin Frankly provided me with excellent service. Plus when ever I had a question he would use it as teaching moment to explain the pros and cons of different plumbing methods. Michael also placed all needed information onto the work he completed, if I ever find the need to call on a plumber again. The next plumber will know the history of the work that has been done. Michael also worked with my schedule and so I did not have to work my schedule around his.

We discovered a huge plumbing mistake made years ago during the construction/remodel of two of our bathrooms which caused a small leak that eventually resulted in the production of black mold inside the walls and ceiling of our home. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing sent Jesse and Kyle out to access the damage and propose a solution. Kyle was able to reconstruct and reroute all of the plumbing between these two bathrooms and bring it up to code within 48 hours. It was a major project that was repaired quickly and efficiently. Both Jesse and Kyle were very knowledgeable, explained every step, and were respectful of our home. We highly recommend this company and these two great plumbers. Thank you.
