Brent came in and assessed the old water heater leak at bottom of unit not repairable, base area all corroded. Gave replacements options and we signed on the spot for him to install new water heater. He went over whole process and then went to work. Outstanding job. From start on inspection to completion only 2 1/2 hrs. Wore boot slips on boots, rolled out runners on carpet, hauled old heater out and cleaned up then reviewed features on new water heater. A very nice gentleman. Bryon was knowledgeable and trustworthy. He educated me about my pipes and was honest about the urgency (or lack thereof) about certain services that I may use one day. Bryon the tech was great! Not only were they able to move my initial appointment up three days, but from arrival till job completion Bryon was very courteous, professional and friendly. He started by hearing me describe my clog situation and what lead up to what I believe was the root cause. He then suggested a course of action, starting with a visual inspection of the system with his camera. After seeing what was the potential cause, he made recommendations on good, better, best ways to rid the problem. 2 hrs later all the drains were flowing like new! Highly recommend Ben Franklin.
