Replacement of the fill valve of our toilet. Took like 5min, he was done. I'm quite independent but will not mess with plumbing or electrical. Awesome to have someone to call to fix issues promptly. When it rains it pours, needed another repair of the tub faucets & had to call them back out. We were again promptly taken care of by Matt & so pleased at the young man's manners. Thank you So we had to have another repair done, this time the replacement of heat tape on our waterline under the house. This service was done by Ethan and yet again the company sends us the greatest professional young man. Explained everything he was doing and popped in several times to keep us informed of things found & progress made. Thank you all so much for providing an amazing service. We'll worth every penny spent. Ethan saves the day again, 10/23/24 addressing a water heater issue, bless you sir for helping me understand and fix the issue.

Matt did a great job helping me with selections for a new toilet and sink fixture. He showed me the options. Recommended certain features. This was only the estimate phase. Next he gathered what was needed and installed. All in one day! I'm so pleased in job well done. Oh did I mention his humor! Could he be taking lessons from the boss.

Very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and went through a work-up sheet with prices and three different scenarios. Was not pushy and his suggestions were helpful. We will definitely request Ethan next time we need assistance.

I wanted to give a shout out to Ethan for doing such a wonderful job. He took the time to check all the drains and the hot water tank. Ethan explained exactly what he was doing and gave me a price estimate for each. He was very pleasant the whole time and I felt like he could be my own son.
