Mike showed up on time and was extremely professional and personable. Our hot water tank took a dive and was leaking all over. Mike came over and promptly fixed the issue while also providing detailed advice on other related plumbing questions. I would absolutely recommend, 10 out of 10!

I had a clog in my kitchen drain in the middle of a snow storm. Nick came out the next day to clear it! Not even a week later, I seemed to be having the same issue. Arthur came out and did as Nick did and Snaked the drain. This time, the ice was too think, so we cut open some drywall and directed a heater, which unfroze the blockage. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin! They are responsive, fast and proffessional! They also had same day appointments available which was amazing since my kitchen sink gets used alot!
