I don't usually write reviews or opinions; but this Company, One Hour, has remained consistent over time responding Immediately and Effectively, so I can never resist reflecting my satisfaction and recognizing the service of Excellence they provide. Scheduling the appointment was easy and at my convenience. Text updates and confirmation options are very helpful. The person on the phone was friendly and effective in solving needs/concerns. The technician, Arthur Espie, from Benjamin Franklin's Plumbing, was respectful and knowledgeable. He was very patient answering my questions clearly. Thank you One Hour! Scheduling was easy. I appreciated the text updates and confirmation options. The staff member on the phone was kind and attentive to my potential needs/concerns. The tech, Mike Palmeri, was personable and knowledgeable. He was great with the dogs and answered my young son’s million questions while working on the drain. The clog in my kitchen sink was fixed and we are grateful!

They had awesome customer service. When our sewer backed up in the basement, they helped me over the phone on the evening of the 30th and I had someone there early the morning of the 31st. Scheduling was painless and easy. The workers were nice, honest, and personable and worked quickly while being respectful of my family and home. Mike was super kind and great with both my toddler and my puppy who both were so interested in what they were doing! Thank you for making an unpleasant event a pleasant experience!

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The workers are punctual, knowledgeable, and respectful. Never had a problem with their services and the prices are competitive. They don't try to fleece you with things you don't need. 5/5 Would recommend.

I would like to acknowledge excellent response time and excellent customer service from Nick! He is a well trained plumber and can also explain things well to people who don’t know plumbing. He tried to mitigate the overall price as much as he could since so much needed to be done. Only 2 faucets had to be replaced while the other 3 issues were repaired. He made sure every last detail was taken care of even though it meant he had to go out for another trip to find the perfect colored sink hole cover. The only issue I have is the company pricing is way too much. But if you need something done right away and well I would definitely recommend Nick.
