Michael England from Benjamin Frankly provided me with excellent service. Plus when ever I had a question he would use it as teaching moment to explain the pros and cons of different plumbing methods. Michael also placed all needed information onto the work he completed, if I ever find the need to call on a plumber again. The next plumber will know the history of the work that has been done. Michael also worked with my schedule and so I did not have to work my schedule around his.

He is very knowledgable, friendly, and can answer any questions you have. Hes quick and efficient. Gets the job done and explains step by step what he did before leaving. I've used this company 3 times now and each time, Mike England has came out to service my property. I highly reccomend Benjamin Franklin. Pricing is reasonable compared to other surrounding competitors. They call 30 minutes prior to visit and they're always on time as scheduled.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Travis, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and walked me through the repair process step by step. What really stood out was how friendly and respectful he was throughout the visit. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines technical expertise with great customer service, but Travis did exactly that. We had Will Elliot come out to fix our shower situation. Long story short there was confusion on the initial install and we were unsatisfied with the result of the first technician’s work. Within a day Mike England, who gave us our original estimate, had called and explained that he was having Will come out to straighten out the bathroom so that it fell in line with the original quote. Both Mike and Will are extremely professional technicians who care about making sure the customer is treated well and is satisfied by the work. Mike especially has gone above and beyond to ensure that our project was remedied and that everything is as intended. I can only honestly give a 4-star review due to the issues that came up with the initial install but as for Mike England and Will Elliot they both get 5-stars as technicians. Will did an awesome job and I’m quite happy with his work, and as I said Mike has been extremely professional in trying to remedy any problems that came up.
Cody was a consummate professional. Very personable, very helpful. He did great work He cleaned up everything as if he was never there. Even though it was very expensive, his workmanship was top notch. I will call on him when I need a plumber in the future.
