Kyle was great! He explained a hot water problem I’ve had forever so that I can finally understand what the issue is and that the builder had installed a regulator for a tank system when I have a tankless system!!! He flushed everything out for me and even went so far as to call to see how much it would be to remove the regulator. He really went the extra mile for me! What a great employee!
On one of our toughest days as homeowners, Pronto came through immediately to repair a frozen pipe that flooded our basement. It was an emotional day but Patrick G. Came and was so kind and so knowledgeable. He really put my mind at ease and went above and beyond to explain different things to my husband and I. His kindness meant so much in a rough time! After finalizing my choice, Jose and Nate arrived and immediately diagnosed the issue. Calmly and like a well oiled machine were able to snake the clog(s). Then explained then potential hazards of an old home and some prevention steps to keep in mind. When they left, everything was virtually cleaner than when they arrived. The whole experience, with all four gentlemen, was calming, professional, and reassuring.
