Michael England from Benjamin Frankly provided me with excellent service. Plus when ever I had a question he would use it as teaching moment to explain the pros and cons of different plumbing methods. Michael also placed all needed information onto the work he completed, if I ever find the need to call on a plumber again. The next plumber will know the history of the work that has been done. Michael also worked with my schedule and so I did not have to work my schedule around his.
I called to have my water heater inspected at noon and James was at my front door at 2pm. He gave me a thorough explanation of the problems that needed to be fixed and multiple options to choose from to fit my budget. Lewis arrived early the next morning to remove my old water heater and install the new one. He also installed a Flow Tech in the laundry room and replaced a broken hose bib on the exterior of the house. All the work performed was done to code and very professional. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Temple for all your plumbing needs.
Israel Romero was a very professional technician ! I enjoyed his company while he replaced a 40 yr old outdoor faucet and a new valve inside our laundry room which was causing the outdoor faucet to leak! He did however have to cut into our wall in order to remove the outdoor faucet! He was able to cover the wall with the access panel for the meantime! I would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing for your plumbing needs!

These guys are the best! I have used them for several different projects and today was an emergency, and they actually had someone who had finished up a job and could come right over! Talk about service! I could not ask for better service and a nicer technician. Chris was awesome, he picked out the problem and fixed it in no time. And, my dogs liked him. Oakley removed the old systems and installed a new tankless water heater, water softener system and a laundry sink. It looks great. He was on time, friendly, gave good explanations, and answered all of my questions. His attention to detail is wonderful.
