From the receptionist at Benjamin Franklin plumbing to Kordell, the plumber, everyone was polite and professional. Kordell was at my door within an hour after I first called. He was knowledgeable, professional, and explained things as he went along. He kept me apprised of what options might be taken. In less than three hours he had the problem solved. I would definitely use Benjamin Franklin plumbing again if the need should arise.
