After 25 years of use, I had to replace my vacuum breaker assembly. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and asked them to help me with installing a new unit. I purchased a brand new one off Amazon, so I only needed them for the install. Mike Brown did a fantastic job at a fair price. They also performed the test that went to the city that showed the unit was doing its job. Thanks again for the quick turnaround! Pictures are the old unit and the new one. The thing that stood out to me the most was the quality of the install. The last one was a bit crooked. This one is level and looks amazing.
I booked on Thursday night through the Thumbtack app and they were here Friday morning. Cody was our service plumber. He was courteous, professional, clean and did an excellent job giving me options and answering questions. Both jobs we booked were completed within 2 hours. I really appreciated his great customer service skills and knowledge. I will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again in the future based on Cody's work.
Want to give a very happy shout out to Nick at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing on Plainfield NE. Had a main sewer line clog in our basement this am 😣 we needed taken care of. Called Pat at BFP and he checked schedule for Friday afternoon. We were gratefully told someone would be over within the hour. A few minutes later, Nick the manager of Plainfield location was here. Very friendly, wonderful transparency about plan of action and totally up front about cost. From his shoe covers in the house to his service explanation as he worked, we were extremely satisfied. The cost seemed reasonable as well. Want to highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Thanks again Nick!!
Excellent experience with Cody today. He had to come back a second time to help us with installing fixtures I purchased the day before when we discovered a water leak under the sink. At any rate, he showed up the next day and helped us.. it cost double, however, because he had to come back.. I wish my husband would have just let him install the fixtures instead of trying to do it himself.. but you can’t blame a guy for trying!🙃
