After 25 years of use, I had to replace my vacuum breaker assembly. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and asked them to help me with installing a new unit. I purchased a brand new one off Amazon, so I only needed them for the install. Mike Brown did a fantastic job at a fair price. They also performed the test that went to the city that showed the unit was doing its job. Thanks again for the quick turnaround! Pictures are the old unit and the new one. The thing that stood out to me the most was the quality of the install. The last one was a bit crooked. This one is level and looks amazing.
Needed kitchen sink drain pipes replaced. I found Benjamin Franklin on a handyman website. They were able to schedule an appointment and come out the next morning. From the get go responses were fast and communication was plenty. Dustin was respectful and knowledgeable. He was able to complete the work with no issues. Although on the higher end of cost I appreciate the quick turnaround, plentiful communication and am confident in the work done by Dustin.
Entire experience from start to finish was excellent! Customer service is amazing! Nick and Luke did a great job from initial contact providing a quote and explaining the process of what needed to be done. We are very pleased with this company and quality of work! Highly recommend!
This firm responded to my call quickly, and found an appointment to suit my issue in a timely way. Their technician (Luke) had superb social skills, and exuded quiet competence. When we found that the problem had self-corrected, he took his time to inspect all of my plumbing and gave me an appreciative opinion. "You may want to keep an eye on this." No hard sell. Just competent and authoritative. He then told me briefly about helpful programs, and charged me only $39 (!!!! A rival wanted $230 up front to make a house call to take place 5 days later...). Ben Franklin immediately heads my go-to home maintenance list.
Cody and Chase did any amazing job. They called to let me know they were on the way and even arrived a little early. They were polite, clean and very knowledgeable. The repairs were reasonably priced and done quickly. Will definitely call again. Highly recommended!
