I had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! From start to finish, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They kept me updated every step of the way and even provided clear before-and-after pictures, which I really appreciated. They did an excellent job installing handwashing sinks and a sink for my warming kitchen, and everything was completed with care and attention to detail. I want to give a special shout-out to Tyler and Jenna — they were absolutely amazing, patient, and informative. I also met the manager once (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!), but you were great as well. The whole team truly went above and beyond. What stood out the most is that they took the time to look up the plumbing codes for my childcare center, explained everything clearly, and educated me on the correct equipment that should be used and what should stay to remain compliant. That level of care and knowledge gave me so much peace of mind. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a trustworthy, communicative, and knowledgeable plumbing company. Sam came within an hour of my initial call for multiple non emergency plumbing services. He was friendly and professional, helping me decide which projects made the most sense with my budget and suggested options for later repairs that could wait. I felt comfortable leaving Sam while I went to lunch with a friend and felt he went above and beyond to do beautiful work.

My experience with these guys has been one of being visited by plumbing angels. They came in and quickly assessed, fit me into their schedule, and did great work. I called with an urgent ceiling leak and Cody came out within 45 minutes. My husband said he was super helpful and made us feel secure with his knowledge. We hadn’t heard of BF plumbing before and called because it is the middle of winter and this was the fastest. However, after a great experience we’re sure to use them next time. It’s times like these that great service goes a long way thanks to Cody!

I submitted a request online and received a call back from their office in less than 2 minutes. I was able to speak directly with the plumbing manager and he shared wonderful in-depth and localized information specific to my property. This all took place at 4pm on a Monday, and we had an inspection take place at Noon the next day! The inspector, Sam Liberski, was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and walked me through what he was doing step by step. Sam provided great recommendations and made me fully confident in moving forward with a home purchase. Can’t say enough good things about Sam and the company as a whole.
