After 25 years of use, I had to replace my vacuum breaker assembly. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and asked them to help me with installing a new unit. I purchased a brand new one off Amazon, so I only needed them for the install. Mike Brown did a fantastic job at a fair price. They also performed the test that went to the city that showed the unit was doing its job. Thanks again for the quick turnaround! Pictures are the old unit and the new one. The thing that stood out to me the most was the quality of the install. The last one was a bit crooked. This one is level and looks amazing.

He was courteous, professional, clean and did an excellent job giving me options and answering questions. Both jobs we booked were completed within 2 hours. I had a clogged kitchen sink and Luke from Benjamin Franklin came out the next day to repair it efficiently and economically. From the minute he entered the house, Luke was very polite, friendly, and respectful. He thoroughly inspected the areas that could be affected by the repair, giving a quote that was the same at the end of the job.
