My technician was quick to respond to the call. I had a sump pump issue and I thought it would take hours for someone to come out. My technician was very patient while I explained everything that was going on and also very polite. Very knowledgeable on the new pump and battery system he installed for me. His kindness and hard work was very much appreciated!

We came home at 330 Monday and found a leak in our water heater we called 3 places and Benjamin Franklin was the best response and best pricing of the three we received. We gave them the model of water heater saying we were just going to replace it and he was at our door by 500 and out by 630 and he came from Cedar Rapids and we are an hours drive from them. Wonderful service very friendly and cleaned up after himself. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future. Vickie McDonald 5 stars

Randy was very thorough, took his time to explain things to me and showed me areas of concern that I will need to address at a later date. He also helped me search for the exterior shutoff valve, unfortunately we didn't find it and I'll have to call the city. But I really appreciate Randy looking and trying to resolve my issue in one visit. He also gave me information on how I could improve the water quality in my home. I appreciate him so much and look forward to working with him in the future.

Cory was cordial and knowledgeable. He got the job done very quickly. The only reason for the 4 stars is that Benjamin Franklin told us the plumber would be arriving in the morning. When he arrived it was almost 6:30pm. Also, the cost for unclogging our toilet was $254.66! Their $88 non-refundable service call fee (for coming out to look at the problem) is not applied to the repair cost. Cory was great.

Water heater started leaking from the base and needed to be replaced. Benjamin Franklin plumbing was quick, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Customer service was top notch and we were able to get the water heater replaced through a manufacturer warranty. Price was on the higher side for labor plus they charge a 3% service charge for paying with a card but workmanship was great and overall I’m happy with the results. I will definitely use them again in the future.
