I used Benjamin Franklin plumbing to clean out a wastewater pipe 2 days ago. They did an excellent job. They then offered, at no cost, to come out and put a video camera in the pipe to see if there were any problems. This was an extra service provided by them at no cost. The technician today was very knowledgeable. For this they get another excellent rating. I would recommend this company to others. Thank you for a job well done.
BEST SERVICE start to finish. Had a pipe burst from the cold. Next day and we’re back online, water flowing, no more leaks. Sean arrived earlier than scheduled, was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and effective. Answered all my questions and was upfront with cost which was extremely fair and well below what I had assumed it would be. Replaced multiple pipes and assessed other issues. Sean arrived to promptly to diagnose my current plumbing issues at hand which includes resin tank servicing on my water softener system. He was exceptional with his delivery, additionally uncovered a trap leak in the crawlspace. He will be back to perform the work. Ben Franklin can be trusted and values its customers which is rare to find.
Had a Sump pump issue for a few days. Called our local BF office who we have an Annual account with. Explained our issue and had a Plumber there the next day. He assessed the problem which required a new Sump. It was replaced and functional within 45 minutes of his arrival. He was professional and efficient. Gave use a great price and wonderful service. Sean was awesome. He took apart the connections that were needed before they could put in my new countertops. Came back two days later and reattached everything. We will be replacing our bathroom countertops and will need Sean again. Thanks so much Sean, the faucet looks and runs great.
