The technician who came to my house, Sean, was outstanding. He was on time, polite, professional, and explained everything clearly. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. We had had water leaking from our ground floor onto the ceiling tiles in our basement. Benjamin Franklin was not only understanding of the issue but made sure we would get it taken care of today. Julian, our plumber, not only came promptly, but was keen to make sure we got the problem solved. He quickly diagnosed the origin of the leak then showed tremendous professional skill in repairing the issue. We were truly pleased with the service we received today and will continue to use Benjamin Franklin for our plumbing needs.

BEST SERVICE start to finish. Had a pipe burst from the cold. Next day and we’re back online, water flowing, no more leaks. Sean arrived earlier than scheduled, was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and effective. Answered all my questions and was upfront with cost which was extremely fair and well below what I had assumed it would be. Replaced multiple pipes and assessed other issues.
