Shaun installed a new hot water heater for us and did an excellent job. The estimate was better than a previous one we received. He has 25 years of experience as a plumber and I felt comfortable with his recommendations. Would recommend him and the Benjamin Franklin company.

He was exceptional with his delivery, additionally uncovered a trap leak in the crawlspace. He will be back to perform the work. BEST SERVICE start to finish. Had a pipe burst from the cold. Next day and we’re back online, water flowing, no more leaks. Sean arrived earlier than scheduled, was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and effective. Answered all my questions and was upfront with cost which was extremely fair and well below what I had assumed it would be. Replaced multiple pipes and assessed other issues.
