We recently had our sewer line repaired and lined, and our technician, Daniel Speicher, was outstanding. He was incredibly proactive, working directly with the city to get our lining approved and keeping us informed every single step of the way. He didn't consider the job done until everything was perfect, including coordinating repairs for some residual damage near our back gate. Danny made a difficult home repair much easier on our family. Five stars!
This was our 3rd time utilizing the services of Benjamin Franklin plumbing, and we continue to be impressed everytime. From the customer service of the scheduler to the Plumbers and straight forward pricing. Today our plumber was Christian. He was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about not just the service provided which was a clogged toilet thanks to Cocomelon and our 8 year old, but also about other services we inquired about. He was great! We would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing.
Danny did an excellent job cleaning out my sink drain. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the issue, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when he was finished. The drain is flowing perfectly now.
