Danny did an excellent job cleaning out my sink drain. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the issue, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when he was finished. The drain is flowing perfectly now. Great service overall—I’d definitely recommend Danny and would call him again for any future plumbing needs.

Main water supply valve failed during my attempt to change out a faucet handle cartridge. AAA plumbing ghosted us, so we went with Ben Franklin. Andrew was our plumber - arrived when he said he would and was very jovial. Great guy, friendly, knowledgeable, and happily walked us through everything he did so we learned quite a bit. We’re very happy with the result and so excited to have our water back. Expensive fix, but I can’t complain about the peace of mind. Thanks again, Andrew!

We recently had our sewer line repaired and lined, and our technician, Daniel Speicher, was outstanding. He was incredibly proactive, working directly with the city to get our lining approved and keeping us informed every single step of the way. He didn't consider the job done until everything was perfect, including coordinating repairs for some residual damage near our back gate. Danny made a difficult home repair much easier on our family.
