David was competent, kind, and repaired my kitchen plumbing quickly for a fair price. He fixed some issues that were not done up to code previously and I am grateful everything is working properly now! He also identified some issues that need to be addressed soon so I don’t get another plumbing nightmare surprise in then future. I called Franklin Plumbing not having had any experience with them. I didn’t expect anything other than a good job, but what I got was excellence from their representative Caleb. He was first class and did first class work. I decided after he did such a great job on my water heater, which he started around 9 in the morning and worked until 9 at night. My water heater is in a very cramped space in my attic, that I would get a water filtration system installed. Again, worked two different days until the job was finished. One 9 pm quiting time and one 8:30 quiting time. Two different days because the filter had to soak for several hours so the filter media did not float up into my pipes, when running water through it. I would recommend Franklin Plumbing very highly!!
Caleb came today and did a very thorough job of replacing piping to my water treatment system. Very well mannered and professional person. And beat a quote from another plumber. I recommend highly.
Elijah,did an outstanding presentation explaining his foundation findings to my wife, our realtor Wendy and myself. Elijah took his time to explain the area of concern in detail to me and my wife. That made us feel more comfortable about the task we maybe about to face. If we do by this house Elijah will be the person we will hire for our foundation. We did not pay anything for his knowledge. He gave us an explanation to make or total slab right.Great Job! Made me feel more relaxed what we maybe facing by buying this house!
We had an emergency backup and overflow in one of the houses on our property. They came out quickly. They did an amazing job of troubleshooting. Found out we had a septic we didn't know about. They fixed and replaced the things that were wrong. Everything was up and running by the time they left. Caleb was extremely friendly and explained things in depth. We really appreciated that. We we highly recommend them to anyone.
