We had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin plumbing company! They sent out a plumber who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from the moment he arrived. He took the time to explain everything, quickly identified the issue, and got everything fixed efficiently. It's hard to find people who genuinely care about doing quality work, but he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we were completely satisfied before he left. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and skilled plumbing services. We truly appreciate the outstanding service and will definitely use them again in the future!

Caleb came today and did a very thorough job of replacing piping to my water treatment system. Very well mannered and professional person. And beat a quote from another plumber. I recommend highly.

Caleb Hines was one of the best plumbers I have ever hired. Very informative explaining what could have caused the stopped-up sinks and explained the options. Then like an energizer bunny began to fix the problems. Very impressed with the speed and quality of the work. The price was as expected which was very important to an 80 year-old couple. I called Franklin Plumbing not having had any experience with them. I didn’t expect anything other than a good job, but what I got was excellence from their representative Caleb. He was first class and did first class work. I decided after he did such a great job on my water heater, which he started around 9 in the morning and worked until 9 at night. My water heater is in a very cramped space in my attic, that I would get a water filtration system installed. Again, worked two different days until the job was finished. One 9 pm quiting time and one 8:30 quiting time. Two different days because the filter had to soak for several hours so the filter media did not float up into my pipes, when running water through it. I would recommend Franklin Plumbing very highly!!

Austin and his partner were wonderful to work with! I ordered the wrong type toilets and they were both incredibly helpful in fixing the whole situation. They finished the job quickly, professionally and left everything clean. Benjamin Franklin is definitely on my call again list. Thank you!
