Jerod was very knowledgeable and experienced. He showed me a better solution than what I had planned to upgrade the size of my hot water heater. I feel very confident the job will turn out well next week. This is the 2nd project I have called Ben Franklin in for this year (my old plumber retired), both times I got very prompt service from the call center and local plumber.

We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for a variety of repairs over the last year - from a cartridge replacement in an old shower to repairing a pipe that froze and providing a design to prevent future damage to putting in a pressure reducer on our main line. Each time, the plumber has been professional, transparent, and very helpful. We have received the services that we needed without being pressured by an "upsell" and have been educated about what was needed and why.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is an absolutely 100% phenomenal business! I called in the morning on a Friday, about replacing a gas water heater, & they were on it by 1:00 pm.— even though they were fully booked into the next week. I was OK with that & understand business pressures & time constraints. However, when I just casually mentioned that I felt I was barely functioning under some heavy burdens (unrelated to the water heater), they dropped everything to help me out. They were professional, courteous, and kind. They went above and beyond to explore the possibilities for repairing the water heater instead of replacing it. They were fast, efficient, and did a superb job. Their pricing was right in line with other comparable, quality businesses of this type. Jared returned my call with a weekend emergency. He helped me get the leak stopped over the phone and called back Monday morning to make an appointment to install a new hot water tank. He was very efficient and friendly. He did an excellent job!

After dealing with so many inept and unsatisfactory plumbers it was a pleasure to have J.G. from Ben Franklin appear on my doorstep. Within one and a half hours, he had our plumbing problems solved at very reasonable cost. In one instance, he just glanced at the problem, saw the solution and fixed it. He was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and neat. There was not a trace of his having been here. Everything was as clean as a pin. I would not hesitate to have Ben Franklin for any plumbing problem and will refer anyone who asks to them for service. From appointment scheduling to work complete, the company was exemplary.
