First things first I don’t write many reviews but these guys definitely deserve the 5 stars. I called and booked with them last week. There was a little bit of a scheduling problem. However, the person that I spoke with was absolutely amazing and super accommodating and the tech Jared that came out and fixed my sink was absolutely amazing super nice super respectful if I have any other issues, I will definitely be calling this company. Way to go. Thank you.

Chris and JG did a great job installing my new water heater! They were quick, very efficient, and did quality work. They came out the same day I called for service! (Even though the national service center said they didn't service my area!?) Very pleased I can take hot showers again!

The office was easy to work with. Jerod did a super job for us. All the work was performed with obvious skill. He listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly. He and his partner worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves very well. I would be glad to have them come back to do additional work.

Jerod from Ben Franklin Plumbing was amazing. He is very friendly, professional and definitely an expert in his craft. He had to come out on a Sunday morning for a backed up sewer line and he was in and out in less that 2 hours. Very happy with the service and will use Ben Franklin again if/when needed!

I was very pleased with my experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing. I requested a quote on Monday afternoon and they called me within minutes with a quote of nearly half of what Home Depot wanted to charge me for my water heater. They installed it the next afternoon with little hassle. They were very professional and patient as I have three dogs I had to keep corralled. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone asking about water heater installation.
