Had a clog in the main line, which caused flooding in the basement bathroom. Jaren was here very quickly after the call was made to Benjamin Franklin plumbing. He identified and fixed the problem very efficiently and effectively! Jaren was also very nice and professional and made this process smoother than I expected it would have been! Jaren is the best!! Thank you! *Update* call Benjamin Franklin again for another service that we needed repairs for. This time, Scott came out and fixed the problem. He replaced the spigot to the house and the pipe that had burst. Scott did an excellent job, was more than accommodating, very professional, and very personable! Great experience. Making an appointment was easy and received text reminder and confirmation. Jerod was efficient, super nice and professional. He talked me through all my options with regards to my leaking bath faucet, showed me everything that he replaced and got everything done in a very timely manner.
