This past week l had my house sump pump replaced. They came in as scheduled and did an excellent job! As l also have some other jobs to be done such as replacement of sinks and toilets, they offered me membership on their services and products sort of club which comes with discounts and other benefits associated to products and services, etc. l was pleasantly surprised and quite pleased! First, I want to thank John for answering all of my questions, getting me in the books immediately for, what we thought was a simple sewer repair. I want to thank Nick for working tirelessly to replace my entire sewer line, without having to excavate it, as the damage was far worse than anticipated. Our older boiler system was acting up, turning off intermittently. Nick was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He spent considerable time diagnosing the issue, eventually tracing it to a faulty ignition sensor. He explained the repair clearly, sourced the part, and got our heat working again.
