I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing yesterday and spoke with Monica. She is probably one of the kindest CSRs I have ever encountered. She even asked me “How can I make you smile today?” WOW! My technician was Jeff (they even sent me a picture of him) and he was great about explaining everything and made sure I understood what was to be done! He worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I had a great experience and would gladly recommend them to others. No one likes the price, but I would remind all Seniors to ask for the Senior discount!! Good job, Benjamin Franklin!!
I had the pleasure of having Andrew as my technician! Not only was he knowledgeable, he went over and beyond to try and accommodate me when we ran into issues with getting my new toilet installed. The company made my issue a priority and did what they could to get my secondary appointment an urgency . I live out of state and my mother lives alone, and I have had many appointment companies come to her house over the years and take advantage of her where I do not feel safe and my mother does not feel safe but one thing I must say about Benjamin Franklin plumbing they are such a family oriented, trustworthy company This is the first time ever.
