Jared quickly assessed the problem with our kitchen faucet but was not able to fix it then as it needed replacement. He made some suggestions and we agreed to notify him when we got the new one and he would return to install it. Very nice& professional.
Jose turned my panic/anxiety day into an easygoing relief process. I showed him the problem and he explained the remedy and process of fixing the issue. After replacing the parts, he showed me how to use the new system and even gave me the old part that had faulted out and explained the difference in the two.
