Zack was very capable and professional. He is licensed and very knowledgeable. We had several leaks and he was able to diagnose them all, gave us a quote, and made an appointment to come back and fix them. The work he did was quick, well done, and tidy. He laid down drop cloths to make sure our floor stayed nice, and wiped down each area so the work looked nice when he was done. He was kind and explained everything that needed to be done. I was very comfortable having him in our home and very happy with the work.
Great timely and professional service. One of the owners, Kaushal, arranged for Zack to come within a couple of hours after I notified them that my 19-year old water heater had flooded my basement, and provided an estimate. The next day, Braden installed a new unit. The three of them worked seamlessly to get the job done quickly. Thanks!
Hired Benjamin Franklin to add a new water line to my fridge. Alex showed up on time explaining thoroughly what he was going to do. Once we he was done he took the time to explain to me how it works. Very hard working and professional. I have used them in the past and would definitely highly recommend them.
Great experience. They came out timely, walked us through the problems we were having, and then talked through various options and estimates. Our plumber, Zack, was patient and professional as we asked so many questions. I also appreciate that the service fee gets absorbed into the final price if you move forward with them. Not all places do that.
