They are an awesome company, they ran into some issues and were more than accomodating to fix without additional charges and did a great job. I haven't had hot water in a month, not because of them either. I had other people out to check it for me and none were as thorough as Ben Franklin
I called BF Plumbing early in the morning because we discovered a leak in our bathroom sink. I made an appointment for between 10 and 2:00 and Alex arrived around 11:30 in a big blue truck. After he looked at the problem he gave me a quote which I thought was quite high but since he was there told him to go ahead. I worked in residential construction for 20 years and have never seen a plumber do a difficult job in tight quarters with really neat professional results. Given the fact that he drove from 60+ miles away and then had to run out to get a part and spent close to 4 hours on the job, the price hurt less. His work and professionalism were ideal. Glad he did our work.

We had our water heater break and flood the basement and the initial tech Ryan as well as Junior and Nick who came and replaced it did a great job! Very friendly and thorough and explained how to use the new water heater. We also have a step set of stairs into the basement and a tight corner to get around and they were able to do it with no issues! Junior also recommended a restoration company to take care of the ruined carpet, and I was contacted within 15 minutes. Very thankful for the help!
