Elliot was a great salesmen and was honest which is hard to find nowadays. He told me what is a must fix and gave me a great scope of work. The company also gave me an amazing price on a new install of my oil tank. Nick, melichai and gentry were punctual, friendly and gave me a great time line of what was happening step by step. I could not be more please with how this turned out and this company. They quoted me and showed up the next day to complete the work and it’s amazing. They are an awesome company, they ran into some issues and were more than accomodating to fix without additional charges and did a great job. I haven't had hot water in a month, not because of them either. I had other people out to check it for me and none were as thorough as Ben Franklin
I had the pleasure of meeting one of their employees, Michael, this morning for an estimate. He took the time to walk me through everything and also educated me on plumbing and safety. Everyone at Benjamin Franklin truly deserves five stars! I called for a consult and got an appointment for the very next day, Jordan came out and stayed and discussed the project and various options with me until all of the details were covered. He was kind, polite, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He came back the following day with Chris and Ryan who got to work right away. They were all so caring and professional, I really felt taken care of during every portion of the project. They made sure to keep me up to date throughout the few days they were here, great communication and customer service. They installed some radiators on my third floor and a water softener system in my basement, the finished product is high quality and extremely well done!
This is an excellent company! I had an emergency and called late on a Friday evening. First time to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, they were so nice and efficient. The plumber, Chris Landon, arrived at 8:00am on Saturday morning. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The company is amazing, they sent me a text with a picture and background on Chris Landon before he arrived so I would know what he looked like and that he was qualified. First time I have ever had a company do that and I was very impressed. Chris kept me informed every step of the way and explained everything that he was doing and would have to do. He took pictures, investigated the leakage and damage and followed up with all the work. I would highly recommend this company!!!!
