Ben Franklin of Ames is fantastic. I've used them twice now, once to replace a hot water heater and once to remove blockage in my drain pipes. The team and individuals at Ben Franklin are amazing, professional, and very patient and kind. They show up on time, and take care to answer any questions. Benjamin Franklin was very helpful in my new hot water heater I needed, both in guidance on purchasing my own and getting it installed. The technician was very friendly and efficient with installing my hot water heater and did a great job!
The whole process start to finish, call to task completion was incredibly efficient. Chris explained the issue clearly, and the issue was resolved quickly. The area was honestly left in better condition than when they got here. I was very impressed with the professionalism and will definitely use them again.
