Called BF around 8:30am having no hot water. They told me 10-2 and the technician would call ahead of time. My phone was ringing in about 10 minutes and I had someone at my house by 9. Jason was my technician and he showed me options for my situation. Ultimately I went with a new hot water heater and Jason completed the job in about 2 hours. Hot water restored! Jason was professional, polite, and kept me in the loop as he worked. Would highly recommend!
Austin from Benjamin Franklin plumbing arrived earlier than what I expected. We bought a new kitchen sink Austin’s told us it was not a problem. He would have it up and running. He installed & checked all the plumbing fixtures he installed to make sure everything was working without any leaks. He was very knowledgeable about our water treatment system when doing this work.I would recommend anyone to contact your company for any plumbing issues.
Easy to schedule appointment. Installer showed up on time, was efficient, clean and polite. He explained our options and had the unit we wanted in his truck so he was able to complete the job in one visit. This was a cost as well as time saver. Very complete experience. We have used this company before for other issues and have been satisfied each time. Would recommend.

Great job from everyone involved. Would highly recommend their services to anyone needing plumbing work done. Highly professional and they gave me multiple options to fix my water leak. It was a great experience dealing with them. Also to know it is veteran owned and makes it a priority to hire veterans there should be no reason to not employ their services in any manner.
