Schedule time was 8-11 he got there at 8:30 AM. Very punctual! Replaced bathroom faucet and did an excellent job! Very professional and courteous. Went above and beyond his job!Absolutely will call on Benjamin Plumbing again if we need help. From first call to job complete very very pleased!

I can't express enough how awesome this company is! I have been having an issue with one of my machines for months now, I called them up and they were able to diagnose the problem almost instantly and were able to effectively fix the problem and work perfectly around my schedule. David was very transparent and willing to help out as much as possible.

Received a phone call and a text message letting me know the technician was on his way. Matthew and assistant Benjamin were efficient, courteous, friendly (even to my two pups 😄), and respectful of my property. The job was completed in a very timely manner. I can recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing based on the character and work of these two technicians.

We had a water leak at our house and it was on a Sunday. I called the city of Whitehouse first and they came out and determined it was on our side so we needed a plumber. I called Benjamin Franklin as I like to use local people. I got an appointment and a technician came out to check it. It was a cold miserable day but he didn’t complain. The nice tech was John Axford. I would definitely recommend this company. Polite and got the job done .

Everything was great. Very professional, got here really fast, did the job and double checked everything. The only thing that gets me is the $606.00 bill for running a snake 55’. That’s crazy! Other than that I would definitely recommend this company and the service guy. Stay Blessed 🙏
