Update: They did come out and identify the issue. The men took their time to find it and listened to us. We appreciate it very much. The tech that came out was nice but he did make the problem worse. I did ask him to snake the line from a particular entry point but he said it would be easier with the same outcome at a different location. I disagree. Sometimes easy isn't best and wished he had listened to me. I would like them to come snake it from the entry I originally suggested at no charge. We did pay quite a bit for the issue to now be worse. He did give me very costly estimates. I'll have to get someone else out here I guess.
Gage came out yesterday to fix a clog in our bathroom sink. Our house is from the 50’s so things aren’t always straight forward. He was fast and efficient. Last night the sink seemed a little unstable so we called them back. Right away Gage found the problem. The installer for the sink never added a screw to the right side, leaving it with only one. When he removed the bottom of the pedestal, it must have put too much pressure on the one side, which he never knew assuming it was properly installed. But he said it was his responsibility to make sure it was fixed when he left so he worked on it for two more hours even going out for a special part to stabilize the sink! I am so grateful for Gage and Roger, who hung in there until they figured it out. Thanks Gage. We appreciate you!!
