Sebastian from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and how he would fix it. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and everything was left clean afterward. I really appreciated his honesty and friendly attitude. My water heater stopped working on Wednesday morning and I didn't realize that until 7pm that night. I contacted Benjamin Franklin responded and they presponded instantly. We scheduled an appointment over text (which is really cool) for 9 am next morning. Then I realized I got some leaking from my kitchen ceiling (through the light hole) and I freaked out and texted them again. Adam was incredibly helpful and patient. He walked me through shutting the water heater off step by step through a mix of calls and pics. Then Sebastian and Adam showed up on time next morning and did a great job. This will be my to-go place for any plumbing issues too. Also, the price was very reasonable. Thank you guys!

Super fast response and absolute professionalism. Nick was wonderful and honest. He was able to get my brother’s 3 bathrooms all back in working order in a day and set very clear expectations. I was under massive time constraints and didn’t have time to dally or play games. Adam and Nick were super responsive and were straight with me.

I had my small home re-piped to replace all the old polybutelyne pipes which had been recalled many years ago. Chris spent a lot of time evaluating every aspect of the existing plumbing and gave me a great quote for the work. We set up an appointment to do the work and Chris showed up right on time that morning, and had the entire house re-piped before 5:00 pm, including replacing the tub and shower faucet, spout and head. Excellent work, good price, and finished the same day.
